Terms of Service

Last updated 20 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the Kit Suite website and the Kit Suite application. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

1. What Kit Suite is

Kit Suite is a tool that helps you organise and style a folder of audio samples so it displays with custom icons, colours and artwork in the FL Studio browser. It runs entirely in your web browser.

2. Your files

We never receive your files. Everything Kit Suite does happens on your own machine, inside your browser. Your samples, artwork and documents are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We have no copy of them and no ability to access them.

Because of this, you are solely responsible for keeping backups of your work. Kit Suite writes new files and, when you ask it to, modifies copies of your audio files to add metadata. Always keep an original copy of anything you cannot replace.

3. Accounts and licences

The free tier requires no account. Kit Suite Pro is unlocked with a licence key issued when you buy. A licence key is for your personal or business use and may be activated on the browsers you personally use. Do not share, resell, publish or sublicense your key. We may deactivate a key that has been shared publicly or that relates to a refunded or reversed payment.

4. Acceptable use

5. Third-party software and trademarks

FL Studio and Image-Line are trademarks of their respective owner. Kit Suite is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Image-Line. References to FL Studio describe compatibility only.

Kit Suite does not include or distribute any Image-Line software, fonts or assets. Where the application can display FL Studio's own icon glyphs, it does so by reading a font file already installed on your own computer as part of your FL Studio licence. That file is never uploaded, copied or redistributed by us.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Because the application runs in your browser, a copy you have already loaded will generally keep working even if the site is down.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Kit Suite is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost or corrupted data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
