Privacy Policy
The short version. Kit Suite runs in your browser. Your audio files, artwork and documents never leave your computer and we never see them. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking on the application.
What we do not collect
- Your files. Samples, folders, images and documents are read and written entirely by your browser on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded.
- Your kit contents. Folder names, artwork and read-me text stay local.
- Behavioural tracking. No advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, no session recording.
What is stored, and where
In your browser only
Kit Suite saves a few things in your browser's local storage so you do not have to re-enter them. These never reach us:
- Your brand details for the read-me and file tags, such as artist name, contact and links.
- Your Pro licence key, once activated.
- A copy of the FL Studio icon font if you chose to load one.
Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
By our payment processor
Purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor. They collect the information needed to take payment and issue a receipt, such as your name, email address and billing country. We receive your email address and order details so we can issue and support your licence. We never see your full card number.
When you activate a licence
Activating Pro sends your licence key to the payment processor's licensing endpoint to confirm it is valid. That request contains the key only. It does not contain your files, your kit, or anything about what you are working on.
Website hosting
Our host keeps standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use these to build a profile of you.
If you email us for support we keep the correspondence so we can help you. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Because we hold very little, this is usually quick. Email the address below.
Children
Kit Suite is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
