Licence Agreement

Last updated 20 September 2026

This agreement covers Kit Suite Pro and the artwork, icons and typographic output it produces. It is between you and the operator of Kit Suite.

1. What you are buying

A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Kit Suite Pro and to use its built-in icon library in your own work, subject to the terms below. You are buying a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.

2. What you may do

3. What you may not do

4. Fonts in generated artwork

Kit Suite renders text into images using open source typefaces licensed under the SIL Open Font License or the Apache License 2.0. Both permit commercial use and permit the resulting images to be sold. Because the type is rasterised into a picture, no font file is embedded in or distributed with your kit, and you owe nothing further. You may not extract or redistribute the font files themselves.

5. FL Studio icon glyphs

Kit Suite can display FL Studio's own browser glyphs by reading a font file from your existing FL Studio installation, loaded by you, on your machine. That file belongs to Image-Line. We do not supply it, copy it or redistribute it, and neither may you. Kit Suite's exported files reference FL's glyphs by index number only, which is how FL Studio's own configuration files work.

6. Your content stays yours

We claim no ownership of your audio, your artwork, your kit names or anything else you put into Kit Suite. We never receive it.

7. Refunds

See the refund policy. A refunded licence key is deactivated.

8. Termination

This licence ends if you materially breach it. On termination you must stop using Kit Suite Pro. Kits you already produced and sold under a valid licence are unaffected, and you may keep selling them.

9. No warranty

Kit Suite Pro is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
