Refund Policy
Thirty days, no questions, no form. Email us and we refund you.
How it works
If Kit Suite Pro is not right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase from the address you bought with, and we will refund the full amount. You do not have to explain why and there is nothing to fill in.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your licence
A refunded licence key is deactivated. Kit Suite Pro will return to the free tier the next time it checks your key. Kits you already exported are yours and are not affected.
Try before you buy
You do not need to buy anything to find out whether Kit Suite works for you. The free tier imports your real kit, styles it and exports a working zip. If the free tier does not run on your setup, Pro will not either, so please test first.
